SHATAC was established in 1959 with a vision to provide a structured social safety net for the community of Mandi Bahauddin. What began as a social development council has evolved into a leading healthcare and welfare institution.

1959: The Foundation

 Established as a social development council to organize community welfare.

1961: Official Registration

 Formally registered under the Societies Registration Act (as noted in your report).

1992: Diagnostic Evolution

Launch of the modern Clinical Laboratory to provide precision diagnostics.

1994: Emergency Response

Introduction of the 24/7 Ambulance Service, becoming a “Lifeline in Critical Moments.

2026: Continued Excellence

Celebrating the 67th Annual General Body Meeting and expanding welfare reach.

From Social Welfare to Specialized Care.

While our roots are in social development, SHATAC recognized the urgent need for institutionalized medical care. This led to the creation of our dedicated Maternity Home and Blood Bank, ensuring that specialized care is accessible to all.
