Audit - Financial Reports

Financial Integrity

“Transparency is the heart of our mission at SHATAC. We believe that trust is built through openness, which is why we provide detailed, four-year financial audits and annual reports for public review at every General Meeting.

Last year, our audited accounts confirmed a total community investment of PKR 29.3 Million in free and subsidized services, ensuring every rupee of your support is transformed into direct medical care.

By maintaining a zero-profit model in our pharmacy and providing significant fee waivers for surgeries, we ensure that our financial health is measured solely by the lives we save in Mandi Bahauddin.”

Financial Overview & Audit Transparency

Annual Audit Reports

Every year, we subject our accounts to a rigorous audit to ensure every rupee is accounted for. We maintain an open-book policy, presenting four-year financial summaries to the public to ensure total fiscal responsibility.

Our audited accounts for the 2024-2025 period confirm that over PKR 29.3 Million was directly invested back into the community through free surgeries, medicines, and social welfare programs like Bait-ul-Mal.

We operate a “Fair Price” model where life-saving medications are dispensed at cost plus a minimal 8% service charge. This audited model ensures our pharmacy remains a service for the people, not a source of profit

This audited figure represents the total value of free surgeries, medicines, and diagnostic services provided to the underprivileged during the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
